DRAFT for legal review. This is a plain-language draft for a small software company. It is not legal advice, and it is not a final policy or contract.
Terms
Draft date: 7 November 2026
The service
OrderWalk lets a restaurant count what is on hand and build vendor orders. Hackwise Labs LLC provides it. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. These terms are a draft for legal review.
The service is provided as is and as available.
Plans
The free plan is for one location, up to 3 lists, and unlimited items. It includes walk count, pars, order building, sending orders, CSV import, Spanish and English, and 30 days of history. It has no time limit.
Paid features start after a 14-day free trial: invoice photo capture, price history and alerts, unlimited lists, full history, and reminders. We have not set a paid price. This website does not take a card and does not charge you. When a price exists, the pricing page will show it before you are asked to pay.
Order suggestions and multi-location are not in either plan yet.
Your data
You own the restaurant data you put into OrderWalk. We host it so the app can run, including showing an order to anyone you give a share link.
You are responsible for the email on the account, the people you invite, and the orders and links you send. Check an order before you send it. A count, a par, a price, or an invoice reading can be wrong.
Acceptable use
Use OrderWalk for a restaurant’s own inventory and ordering. Do not try to reach another restaurant’s data, misuse a sign-in code or an invite, upload anything unlawful, or interfere with the service.
No warranty and liability
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including a missed order, a wrong count, or lost profits.
If we are liable, the total is limited to the amount you paid us for OrderWalk in the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero. Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limit is the smallest the law allows.
Law and contact
These draft terms are meant to be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding conflict-of-law rules. A lawyer should confirm that before this draft is treated as final.
